I’m honored to speak at one of the flagship autumn events on October 16, hosted by the Magyarok a Piacon Klub, alongside respected leaders such as Radován Jelasity (President of the Hungarian Banking Association) and Attila Chikán Jr. (ALTEO).
The forum, titled “Global Tensions, Local Decisions – An Economic and Geopolitical Compass for Hungarian Mid-Sized Companies”, aims to offer direction in a time of shifting global trade patterns, economic pressures, and geopolitical uncertainty.
My presentation: Trade Wars and Commercial Barriers – New Limits in the Global Market
As the founder of Moshulu Enterprise Partners and President of the American-Hungarian Chamber, I believe that future business resilience depends on how we position ourselves internationally—especially now.
In my remarks, I will address:
- Why entering the U.S. market remains one of the most strategic moves for future-proofing your business in a fragmented global economy
- How mid-sized and large companies can adapt to emerging trade barriers
- What the shifting trade environment means for Hungarian manufacturers, food producers, and industrial exporters
- How to prepare for potential tariff increases and sector-specific restrictions in technology, food, and machinery
- Strategic and regulatory risks to anticipate through 2026
I look forward to contributing insights and engaging with a strong community of business leaders and to meeting talented Hungarian companies actively pursuing international opportunities in this changing global environment.
